How to Disconnect from Technology to Stay a Little Human

Why is it so important to disconnect from technology?

Because, when we are behind a screen, we are giving up our freedom and allowing ourselves to be robotized. Essentially, we are making fools of ourselves.

Industrialized countries claim we live in a democracy, but it’s all a lie. Governments and the media are controlled by internal organizations that dominate the entire system of a country, and we are heading toward the total control of a nation.

There are various theories about the origin and impact of COVID-19. Some claim that the pandemic is just an ordinary epidemic, like many others that have occurred throughout human history, while others defend the idea that the virus may have been created in a laboratory, as part of a larger plan to control or even “robotize” the population. Although theories about the origin of the virus are widely debated, the scientific community has yet to find conclusive evidence to back up these speculations. What is undeniable is that the pandemic has had profound global and economic impacts, forcing the development of means and techniques to tame the population.🤔

The entire population is under phone surveillance. We all know that mobile phones and computers have audio recorders, just as they have access to all our information. Obviously, they are not interested in our private lives, nor in controlling criminals or contributing to our safety.

The only thing that matters to them is gathering useful information to build large brands and massive corporations that will dominate the world. Each of us is nothing more than an accounting and statistical number.

Politicians are merely puppets, as they have organizations behind them writing their speeches, selecting their outfits, and shaping their behaviors.

Since we are being controlled by social media and the internet, it is obvious that our opinions are manipulated, along with our behaviors and purchasing decisions.

Everything is computerized, and experts are focused on ways to robotize human beings.

Welcome to the future, where, consciously or unconsciously, we allow ourselves to be robotized. We cannot entirely escape this reality because we live in a society.

However, we can change something in our lives. We can educate the new generations to use technology more consciously and connect more with nature and the people around us so that we can continue to be at least a little human.

Disconnecting from technology and reconnecting with nature and with ourselves is more than a pause; it is an act of renewal.
When we put digital distractions aside, we create space for silence, self-awareness, and a deeper connection with the world around us. Walking barefoot on the ground, feeling the warmth of the sun on our skin, hearing the sound of the wind in the trees... These small experiences can bring us a peace that no screen can offer. In the end, it is in the simplicity of nature that we find the essence of what truly matters.

Allow yourself to disconnect, take a deep breath, and rediscover the beauty of being present in the moment.
